Primark Haul - November 2013

During the weekend me and my boyfriend decided it was time to head in to the shops to finish off bits of Christmas shopping. During this little shopping visit I decided to pick up a few bits from Primark. So I thought I would show you guys what I picked up!

Green lace dress with black skinny belt - £10

The first thing I picked up I saw walking in to Primark. It was this lovely lace dress in an emerald green colour. You can't really tell from the photo but the arms are see-through lace and the body of the dress has a green underskirt. I love the lace dresses from Primark as they are perfect to dress up or down and for lace dresses they are pretty durable! This is also a good length and thickness so I can see it being good for winter and summer if you dress it right!

Primark Leggings - £3 each

The next thing I picked up was pretty boring. I have had the same leggings for ages - I have around four pairs from various brands. But lately they have gone a bit bitty and...well... not as nice as they once were! So I decided to pick up some new ones! I like the Primark leggings as they feel comfy and don't end up going see-through! They are also only £3 each so I picked up four pairs. Primark have a good range of patterned and coloured leggings so if you are in to varied leggings go and take a look!

Super Cosy Fleece Lined Tights - £3.50

Ever since my last trip to Primark I have fallen in love with their super cosy range. I planned on also picking up another pair of the leggings in the Super Cosy range but I couldn't seem to find them! So I think from now on I'll be picking up a pair of the tights and leggings when I go in to there! They are just so comfy and warm! Definitely recommend these for winter!

So that was my small Primark haul! I have a New Look haul coming up for you guys as recently I was given money for Christmas and I decided to buy whole new wardrobe pieces from New Look - so keep an eye out for that!

Have you bought anything new from Primark lately? Let me know in the comments!

Primark Haul - 30th September - Autumn/Winter clothes

Hi everyone! Hope you are all doing well! So last Saturday I decided it was time to get a few warmer pieces in my wardrobe for the Autumn/Winter period as it is now fast approaching in to that cooler weather. As always I took a little trip in to Primark with the other half in toe to go pick up some pieces! Here is what I picked up!

Tartan Scarf - £4

As I'm sure all you fashion followers/bloggers are aware of, tartan has become massively in for this Autumn/Winter season. Since I'm not the biggest fan of tartan on myself I decided I would add a hint of tartan in to my wardrobe in the form of a scarf. This scarf is the softest thing ever and was only £4! Its also a pretty good length and width so I can make it nice and thick around my neck to keep me warm. I own far too many scarves but this one was so soft I couldn't say no!

Purple Jumper - £5

The next thing I decided I need to wear more of/own more of were jumpers. I rarely wear them but I decided now was the time to invest in some! The first one I picked up is in a lovely purple colour (though it looks burgundy in the photo!) and is really soft - I also thought this would be good for layering up with tank tops to stay even warmer.

Black Jumper - £5

I picked up the same jumper in black also just as a staple piece I can put with skirts or maybe throw over a dress after college/work to walk home in.

Both the jumpers I picked up have a button detailing on the shoulders which adds a little something to them. It also comes with replacements for those of you like me that will inevitably lose a button!

Black and White Striped Wool Dress - £10

This I love because its so thick! I will be teaming up this dress with a pair of leggings and boots on a cold winter day/night. It is also perfect for those lazy lay about the house days! This dress comes to just above the knee and is wool. Very warm and cozy!

Super Cosy tights and leggings - £3.50 each

The Super Cosy range at Primark has been recommend to me by numerous people. Basically the range is tights and leggings that have an added extra fleece lining in them! I picked up a pair of tights for work to try them out and also a pair of leggings. I have tried these on and they are super warm! I can see the leggings being useful under jeans when it snows!

Black Jeggings - £7

The last thing I wanted to pick up was a pair of leggings. I don't know about you but during winter I am torn between the laziness of wearing leggings but the warmth of jeans; jeggings for me acts as a steady medium. I can look like I'm wearing jeans but feel like I'm wearing leggings! I have a pair of blue jeggings from Primark which have lasted 2 years so I have high hopes for these being durable!

So that is everything I picked up on my little venture in to Primark! I think adding these to my wardrobe for Autumn/Winter will make these next few months a tad warmer for me!

So have you guys been in to Primark lately? What have you bought so far for Autumn/Winter 2013? Let me know in the comments!

Primark, Select and New Look haul!

Hello Guys! Hope you are all doing great today! Today I have yet another haul post for you! The other day I went shopping and I picked up a few nice bits so here they are!

Primark Blue Floral Dress: £13

First lets start with Primark because everyone loves a good Primark haul! I picked up yet another one of their dresses because I just love their dress designs! For £13 you can't really argue and I love teaming them with waist belts, tights, leggings, boots, trainers anything! They're the type of dresses that can be dressed up and down. This one caught my eye because of the blue it is. On this picture it looks a deep blue but in natural light it is in-between a baby blue and dark blue. What really caught my attention was the embossed detail of flowers running throughout the dress!

In person it really does catch the eye and I really can't wait to wear this!

Primark Cropped Leggings - £3 each

Recently I have been wearing cropped leggings with dresses as we have had weird weather in England where it is hot one minute and cold the next! So I thought I would pick up two new pairs. I am wearing these right now and all I can say is they are amazingly soft! They are also solid leggings - They don't go see-through! An A+ for these!

Select Pink and Black Floral Dress - £15

Next we popped in to Select. My eye got caught by this black and pink dress with a floral pattern on. I love the pink and black combination and for £15 the price isn't too bad either!

As you can tell from the close up black lace is also combined with the pink of the dress and it gives a lovely affect!

New Look Umbrella - £7.99

The last thing I picked up was just cause I needed one! When I went to university in Liverpool I used to take a massive umbrella because of how strong the wind is there. Now that I don't go to uni anymore, *sniffle* I decided a small hand umbrella was needed! So I picked up this butterfly patterned umbrella in New Look!

So that is pretty much everything I got! Don't forget if you liked this post be sure to follow!

I also have a tank top on underneath the shirt as its pretty sheer! The shoes were so comfy walking in all day! So glad I picked up a new pair! Like I said everything was from Primark bar my tank top I am wearing underneath the shirt which is a nude color and was from New Look!

Hope you enjoyed this post! If you like the blog don't forget to follow!

Primark Haul!

Yesterday me and the other half decided to go get some shopping done. I myself needed a few new bits and bobs that I can wear for summer as well as winter and also wear for work as well as just out and about! So I went to Primark! I thought I would get a blog post up quick as we all know how quick stock can move in Primark! So on to the haul!

Combat Boots: £18

Anyone that knows me knows that I am OBSESSED with combat boots or boots. I think they are comfy and can look really different with dresses and skirts. What can I say I'm a laid back/tomboy girl at heart! These are so comfy they have a bit of padding in the boots and the laces are long enough to make them loose for winter so I can wear bed socks underneath when it gets cold! They also have a very cool distressed look which I love!
Black Ballet Pumps - £4

All the pumps in Primark seemed to be £4 so I picked up two as the pair I had were absolutely wrecked! Again anyone that knows me knows that I walk absolutely everywhere so I go through shoes like mad. Usually flats can cost around £10-£20 and since I wreck them so quickly I have started picking up cheaper ones to save money! These are simple black pumps so are pretty multi-purpose.

Nude Pumps - £4

Again along the same lines I got some nude pumps. I always get black pumps so i thought I would get some nude color ones since they will go with pretty much everything!

Floral Dress - £13

I love the dresses in Primark. A lot of the dresses that people complement me on are from there! I was trying to find a dress that was work appropriate which was annoying because all the dresses in Primark seemed to have cut outs at the sides! But this dress was so lovely I couldn't not pick it up! Below is a picture up close of the pattern on the dress:

As you can see it is a lovely floral pattern with birds on. The color combinations are so pretty! The dress did come with the typical brown belt you usually get with dresses in Primark ( I must have 100 of these by now.) I will probably wear it both with and without the belt.

Cotton T-shirt - £3

Again this was just a necessity purchase particularly for the course I am taking at college. I wanted some smart clothes so I just bought this cotton T-shirt for only £3! It is really soft! I can also just wear this with a tank top underneath and leggings for a lazy day as it is really comfy!

Pencil Skirt - £5

Again this was another necessity purchase. This pencil skirt is really good quality and is also very soft. It is pretty much body-con which I love and for £5 you can't really argue!

So this was my very first Primark and Clothes haul! I intend to do more in the future however this was the first time I'd done a big clothes shop since I started blogging! SHOCK HORROR! So what do you think of my purchases? Have you been to Primark recently? Let me know in the comments!
